Anil P. Naik is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with an illustrious career spanning over 35 years. He completed his Articleship training in one of the oldest Internal Audit firm M/s S.A. Pradhan & Co., Chartered Accountants, which was established in Mumbai in 1960. During three years of Articleship he honed his skills in internal audit of Devidayal Group of Companies, Bush India Ltd, Paper Products Ltd, Indian Lead Ltd, Forbes Forbes Campbell Ltd. Etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)

• Fellow Chartered Accountant (F.C.A.)

• Diploma in Information Systems Audit (D.I.S.A.)

Career Highlights:

After successfully passing his Chartered Accountancy examination in Nov., 1986, Anil Naik embarked on his professional journey, commencing practice in July, 1987. Over the years, he has accumulated extensive expertise across various domains, including:

• Bank Audits: Anil Naik has conducted numerous bank audits, Internal, Concurrent as well as Statutory (more than 200 audits ), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing valuable insights to financial institutions. Some of the banks for which the audits have been conducted by Anil Naik are BANK OF MAHARASHTRA, BANK OF INDIA, CORPORATION BANK, DENA BANK, BANK OF BARODA, CANARA BANK, UNION BANK, SVC CO-OP BANK, STATE BANK OF INDIA, CENTRAL BANK, PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK etc.
• Taxation Matters: He possesses in-depth knowledge of taxation laws and has assisted clients in navigating complex tax matters, including income tax, TDS, GST, and corporate tax planning. He also has conducted Tax audits of Public Limited companies like Huhtamaki India Limited.
• Internal Audits: Anil Naik has conducted Internal audits of various Companies with an intention to ensure Internal control & to keep stringent control over all the activities of an organization. Some of the major Internal audits conducted have been Inarco Limited, Mumbai APMC , Indian Lead Limited , Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Limited , Distributors of Hindustan Unilever Limited and Cadbury India limited ( Now known as Mondelez India Foods Private Limited ), Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College etc

Academic Role:

In addition to his thriving practice, Anil Naik served as the Vice Principal ( Degree College ) at KET's V G Vaze College for three years . He has played a pivotal role in the Accounts , Finance & administrative department of the college, contributing to its growth and development. In addition he has served in the same college as Associate Professor in the subjects of Accountancy and Taxation for more than 35 years

CA Amol P. Kane is a distinguished Chartered Accountant, achieving qualification in his first attempt in July 2008. His academic foundation in commerce was laid at V. G. Vaze College of Commerce, where he graduated in April 2006.

Following his graduation, Amol embarked on his professional journey by joining a prominent firm where he completed his articleship under the guidance of esteemed partners, Late Mr. Girish Paranjpe and Ms. Manjusha Patil. During this period, he gained invaluable exposure to various facets of accounting and auditing, including exposure in the areas of Bank Audits, Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, & Project Reports.

Padmanabh J. Sathe is a dynamic Chartered Accountant, having achieved his qualification in January 2018. His academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from V. G. Vaze College of Commerce in May 2010, followed by a post-graduation from Mumbai University in May 2012. He furthered his expertise by completing a certificate course on concurrent audits of banks from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
