1. Statutory Audits Under Indian Companies Act, 2013
This is a key service line of A N K S & CO., where we perform audits of various Private Limited Companies, under the Companies Act, 2013. The firm has exposure to various audits in Industries like Packaging of coffee making machine, Structural Engineers, Hospitals, Electronics, Consumer Products, Computers, Metals, Engineering, Packaging & Printing, Electrical Contractor, Hotels & Restaurant, Chemical, Distributor, Property Developers etc.
2. Management/Internal Audits/ Concurrent Audits
The firm has good exposure in this area and has conducted Management/ Internal Audits of Public Limited & Private Limited
Companies, Co-operative Institutions. The firm has conducted diverse Internal Audit assignments, like those for Lead Industry,
Electronics, Chemicals, Air conditioning, Service Industry like Agricultural Produce Market Committee etc. Apart from the
normal audit functions, the approach followed for these assignments are targeted towards setting up of new systems, review
of existing systems & suggesting improvement in existing systems, operating efficiency, Management Information & Control etc

3. Tax Audits & Transfer Pricing Audit under Income Tax Act 1961
The firm handles Tax Audit & Transfer Pricing Audit of various corporate as well as
non-corporate entities, under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
4. Bank Audits
The firm has conducted bank audit of nationalized bank, co-operative bank, and private bank. For banks the firm conducts concurrent audit, revenue audit , stock audit, inspection etc. In last nearly four decades firm has conducted about 220 bank audits.
